These terms apply to all purchases from Cuddle Santa ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Products: we describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Sizes are approximate. Cuddle Santa is recommended for ages 3+ and is not suitable for children under 36 months.

Prices and payment: prices are shown in your local currency at checkout and include any applicable taxes collected at checkout. Payment is taken when you order. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated.

Orders: we may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.

Delivery and returns: see our Shipping and Refund policies.

Liability: nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Law: these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
