Why: to process and deliver your order, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and improve our store. With your consent, to send you marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Who we share it with: only the service providers needed to run the store – our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, and delivery partners. We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it: order records are kept as required for tax and accounting; other data only as long as needed.

Your rights: you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing us. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
